I did a bit of sale shopping this weekend, as is my habit. It mostly ended up being window shopping, but I did pick up this fabulous hair. It is from No.Match. I can’t resist the sweet braids, and the flowers weaved in is just the icing on the cake. I picked it up for 75L as part of The Saturday Sale, and my purchase included a fatpack of blondes (you can pick other colors too) and a bunch of sizes. as well as some hairbases to match. The HUD also includes style options and customization for the flowers. The Saturday Sale is scheduled to end tonight.

Mermalade caught my attention with their weekend sale offerings, but what kept my attention was the wall of free group gifts! The group is free to join and the gifts are all free too. BUT I’ve found some at a couple of places, and one of those places is Essential Inventory. That’s where Aline got some cute stuff that she showed us here and I found this to die for skin. Honestly, it’s so pretty and perfect. It’s by Deetalez so that really just says it all about the quality and my level of enamoration. I just “discovered” Absence this weekend, because they have a really great dress in one of the weekend sales. Turns out they also have a wall of free gifts!

The Gifts

The signage says that the gifts are group gifts, but actually no group join was required to get them. There’s a really great selection of dresses and shoes and tops, all for free! I’m wearing two of the free gifts that I picked up at Absence. First is this dress that is so sexy and perfect, although pretty see through so be warned. I hopefully kept my bits covered with my lighting choices, but I also tried a panty underneath and that worked well too. The boots that I’m wearing here are also a free group gift at Absence. They only came rigged for Legacy and Reborn, but they were easy to alpha and wear on my Maitreya. I love this dress so much. It includes the dress, panties, and bra as separate pieces and all in this great bubble gum pink shade. My mind went immediately to sexy mermaid caught in a sexy net so here we are. I completed the look, quite to my amusement, with bubble tea and the heart of the ocean and was probably a bit too proud of my cleverness. I love this hair SO much. It’s from Wasabi and just the cutest style. I have a few baseball hats but the backwards style of this one had me immediately. Even better, there’s a style HUD included that allows you to wear the hat backwards like this or forwards. It also includes tons of color and graphic options for the hat, as well as a full fatpack of colors for the hair. I picked it up for only 75L as part of this weekend’s The Saturday Sale, and you can too through the weekend.

It’s that weird time of year – almost summer, but not quite. Everything in my professional and personal lives is focused on two weeks from now, but there is still the next two weeks to get through. The children are crazy, the grown ups are going a little crazy too, and my planning nature is in high gear. I guess the main difference between us is that they all get a break in two weeks and I don’t. Ha. I’m exhausted. But something about the vibe of today’s look just captures it all.
