Today is my 1st Rez Day so I’ve celebrated by buying one of the recent Digit Darkes releases, the Bauhaus dress. As I’m not a small avi I thought the yellow sash might not fit, but in fact it’s OK, and the (136 prim!) skirt is gorgeous. Perhaps I should have found an austere piece of SL architecture as a location, given the dress’ name, but it seemed to me a romantic look, so I went with misty moonlight instead.
Bauhaus dress: Digit Darkes, Addictive (82, 137, 22)
Granny Cardigan- Black Smack: Frustrated Inc, Talana (154, 29, 351)
Charcoal Vivid undershirt: Pixeldolls, Port Seraphine (35, 128, 47)
Vintage Green Ducks Bangle - Gold: Earthtones, Muse (77, 170, 10 )
Indian girly yellow earrings: Mau and Mej, Dibacco (147, 159, 111)
Viniani shoes in black: Armidi Gisaci, Armidi 136,120,25

Polka dots are such fresh and lively prints. Just putting on one polka dot item will wake you up almost as much as a cappuccino, but imagine the effect of layering polka dots on polka dots with your accessories. In this outfit, I even feel ready to tackle my laundry.
This starts with one of the several freebie tops in Baiatrice’s April Free Gift (still there if you hurry.) However, I am not fond of kneepants - especially golfing style knee pants, so i add the lovely Developer pants from Digit Darkes. Honestly, these pants are so richly textured, that you might find yourself stroking your monitor. To top it off, I added one of the indispensable Helena sashes from Persona - a massive fat pack of jacket layer sashes that you can wear with hundreds of outfits.

A little over 2 weeks after being born into Phil’s Place, a friend gave me a gift card to Digit Darkes’. When I entered the store, I was immediately in complete awe. The shoes! The dresses! The skirts! The pants! I was instantly in love, and spent forever trying to figure out the outfit to get with my gift card. The only problem was, I was clueless as to how to actually use a gift card.
Other than the wonderful designs, Sasy S. makes Digit Darkes’ the greatest shopping experience. She walked me step by step through the gift card purchase with no attitude or annoyance of having to deal with another noob. Since that first experience, any issues caused by Messiah Phil, Sasy has been there to immediately take care of the issue. Last week, she was even nice enough to drop the new “Affair Slip Dress” on me. This dress is hot! It is an ultra-mini, and the lace detailing is perfection. I decided to model it in the window of Digit Darkes’, along with the other not-as-sexy mannequins.

Digit Darkes’ has recently ventured into skins. I had fought the urge to look at them for weeks, but finally broke down the other night. I love them! I somehow managed to control myself and only bought one, the “Vespera in Porcelain.” IRL, I’m a big fan of smoky eyes and subtle lips, and this skin does it perfectly. To finish the look, I put on the perfect-for-spring “SOL” dress, along with my Juicy “Classic Pumps in Banana.”

The last thing I love about Digit Darkes’ (yes, there’s more to love!) is their random hunts. Every once in awhile for an hour, the store will mark down one item to 1L and one item to 100L. This has helped me fill my inventory with Digit Darkes’ goodness, without completely breaking my sad little Phil’s Money account. On one of the last hunts, this gorgeous ballroom skirt was marked down to 100L. I paired the skirt with the tube from the “Digit’all Tracks Suit” for a fun take on formal wear.
If by some chance you haven’t visited Digit Darkes’, DO IT NOW! Also, click their Subscribe-O-Matic to keep up to date on the hunts and new releases. And, if you have one of your 25 groups to spare, join the Digit Darkes’ Devotees Group for even more yumminess.

Tiffer GG

GossipGirl is back! And, the episode was so scandalous, it inspired me to head to SoHo and create a little scandal of my own. First order, finding the perfect outfit! It seemed only fitting to slip on Digit Darkes appropriatly named “GossipGirl” Dress. Second Order, hit up the bar for drinks! Looking this hot, of course they were free

Third order, dancing. And I just can’t seem to stay to far from the alcohol tonight, so I take a glass of the bubbly with me to the table, which also serves as the perfect dance floor.

Fourth order, Shades! Yes, I am inside, but after a few drinks, it’s only lady-like to hide those blood-shot eyes!
Hope you all have as much fun as I did tonight! It probably won’t be until tommorrow night when I crawl out of my bed, again!
Xoxo, Tiffer
