I have not had much time until tonight to really absorb the other creators installations at it was a blur. All I can say is that I’m amazed and inspired. If you’ve not yet been, you’ll want to make a point to visit. The crowd has quieted a bit allowing you to take better photos, soak in the experience and really enjoy it to the fullest. I found myself revisiting Bryn Oh’s lovely pieces, an artist who always makes my mind bend and morph and think in new ways. Having a fondness for trees, the exhibit by Mika Nieport of Miel spoke to me as well with its simplicity and starkness. Come visit, and find out what speaks to you.

Yay I’m back!!!! Bout time too…cos my inventory is set to explode with everything I have to blog!!! Well it should keep me busy for a while, which is a good thing! Before my graphics card decided to die on me, I had hit the Summer of Love Fair, which is running until August 8th and is chock full of fabulous things from so many great SL stores!

One of my most fav indulgences in Second Life is the stunning gowns from Evie’s Closet. Without a doubt they are some of the most spectacular designs on the grid if you are into period era clothing or just want to feel like a princess for a bit. The Madeleine Gown is one of the most gorgeous gowns to come out of the closet! Its available in Green, Purple, Blue and my fav….Red.

Another one of my fav stores is Acid and Mala. You’ll find this sexy bikini in one of the Hunt Question Mark thingies around the fair. With it I wore the Thorn Earrings and Necklace from Amacci. Can’t think of a good English word for “Kodawari” hmmm….(flips through a

“pigheaded” aha! They sure are that about seeking quality and caring for minute

Adorable little Cake Rings by Caroline’s Jewelry are now in my Gatcha Machine at the Gatcha Festival Part II in Hyssop. The festival starts Wednesday, July 28th. These are all transferable so you can trade them with others at the Trading Party later. The festival ends August 11th.

Usually a Potter’s Field is home to the graves of the poor and the unknown. .44 Caliber’s version of Potter’s Field is another story, a bazaar of luxury fashion, skin, hair and poses by renowned designers like Sienia Trevilion of Lark, who created the Silence ensemble Portia wears here. The entire outfit, which includes horns and horned ring, sells for only 500L. It’s such a steal, you’ll feel as though you’ve robbed a grave.

Silence is glorious…and puzzling. One the one hand, this powerfully horned woman is clearly not human or helpless. And yet, on the other hand, she seems to be subject to one of humanity’s cruelest fates: enforced chastity, something that women undergo more often than men. But this is not the whole story. Although both her belt and her collar are locked, her belt is hung with keys, suggesting that she could free herself if she wanted, or that she is waiting for the right person to free her. Today’s style is from Ploom.

The Seaside style is a long, flowing style that falls in soft, flexi locks down to the small of the back.  There is a knot piled high at the top of the head in front of the crown.  The hair in front is parted on the far left with the strands crossing the brow.  The style is accented with flowers and leather bands with bead fetishes.   The flowers are scripted to change to 24 different textures.

The Seaside style costs $1200L for a fatpack, $200L(on sale for $70L) for a 6-color pack, and the demos are free.
