Installation FOUR here! YAY!:

Sways has SO much stuff out, I haven’t even captured it all here!!  This is Sways Summer House! It comes with window shutters, gorgeous marquiss out the front front, a sweet little roof terrace with grass and ladder access and a tiny lil garden with grass and fence.. you’ll also note some graffiti and climbing ivy!  A charming little number.

This is the lil garden and the Sways Lawn Chair and Guitar!  A gorgeous lil chair that comes with 10 poses and 1 play guitar anim, and a playable guitar! I used mine as a prop tho

We then have the Deckchair, it comes with 4 poses, stool and magazines, drink and sunglasses!  A lovely summery feel to it!   Also in this pic is the Sways Blanket!  It has 6 static couples poses and 4 animations, again it comes with rezzable, playable guitar and various props!   There is a singles pillow with 2 static and 6 animated poses, and comes with various bits and bobs like a cheeseboard, wine bottle, cherry bowl!

Below, in the Sways House, I have put out some of the Fucifino goodies!  The West Branch Table and Decor comes complete with photo frames, books, vases!  So much good stuff! Above that you can see two of the few shelves available, the West Branch Shelf on the left and the Verona Branched Shelf on the right!  I love shelves and picture frames in SL!! These were just perfection!  There are tons more things to nab, but I haven’t shot them yet

Helloooo again!

This is my 3rd and definitely NOT final Home Expo blog post! I still have so much to shoot AND buy, it’s shocking!  Anyhooo, here are a few more bits <3

First up we have this gorgeous cottage from Thistle Homes! Now, it is supposed to be on stilts, but I kinda wanted to show that it doesn’t *have* to be (original vendor image linky)!  It’s a gorgeous little house that is texture change for an added bonus!   A cute little veranda/balcony at the front with lovely rustic slatted wooden doors, and a little patio at the back.

Inside is just as stunning.  Upstairs (top left) you can see the main bedroom with a HUGE window wall, letting in some amazing shadows that would look just awesome in pictures, and a smaller (top right) room, still big enough for a double bed and furniture, or a cute kiddies room!  The bottom (middle picture) opens up from the veranda with the aforementioned slatted doors and leads into a big, open space area with stairs leading up to the rooms up top with a lil room to the side (bottom pic) that would be perfectly utilised as a kitchen/dining area!  My pictures do not do it justice!  It’s the RFL donation item, so well worth taking a look at

Now we have a lil mish mash of products!  The prefab these next pics are taken in is the absencen from Scarlet Creative!  A truely unique and wonderful design with a huge open wall of blinded windows and 2 massive walls of bookcases as one feature end, and a tree poking out of the skyhatch at the other!   It’s so pretty and AMAZING for shadow pictures.

The first picture has one of the RFL items from What Next!  The lovely Loungin Chair and a Half Sets and Wall Prints (wall prints not shown) have been designed to coordinate with the other music themed Loungin pieces at Culture Shock!  Which I blogged just a few posts back  All the chair and a half (love that they are called that!!) sets seat two avatars as well as singles and there are friends and a few romantic poses!.  There are also a few poses that require props, and they ave given out to you, like the guitar you see me strumming!  I adore What Next and I need to go back and buy me some more stuff!

In this set you see just a few of the items that Mudhoney has out!  This is the Laura Sofa (with the lil square pouffes) and the Chevron Pouffe!  The sofa is just delectable and has 12 couples anims and 15 single anims, so plenty to get you going!   I love the look of this, just a cosy sitting area, especially in the prefab I chose!  The Chevron Pouffe is a RFL item, so all money goes to a good cause, and it has 9 animations of it’s very own!  It’s great to see so many designers embracing mesh.

I have so much to blog from the Expo that it’s overwhelming me, but I am trying to keep up!  2 more lots for you today! Hope you enjoy <3

First off we have a couple bits from Trompe Loeil!  RFL bits at that!    The first donation item (100% donation, btw) is a huge mod/copy megapack of mesh palm trees!  All in all there are 3 styles of tree with 4 bark colors each and 4 palm leaf types each! That’s a total of 48 unique trees and the best thing?! 1 PRIM EACH!!! YESSSS!!  They are so pretty!

The 2nd donation item is this Tropical Beachside Bed.  It’s a fully built, ready to go!  It’s 38 prims and would look great on the beach, of even next to a river or lake!   It comes with 2 palmtrees and the rocks already attached, but you can get rid of them if you like.  The deck is beautiful and is animated with 3 diff anims, including a couples one.   The top has a lil sheltered bed/seating area that includes texture changing on the pillows and curtains and comes with 6 single anims and 7 couples!  It’s only $L450 and remember its 100% donation!!

I’ve “known” Cory a very long time in SL and her work always amazes me, absolutely stunning.

This next piece is from Barnesworth Anubis and it’s a lush Cabana called Catalina!  The Catalina Caban is only 25 land impact and is  a neat 12×12 footprint.   It doesn’t come with the matching furniture but you can buy that too!  You get everything you see: 2 Chairs, Sofa, Coffee Table, Rug, Chandelier and 4 potted Palms!  Those will take up 34 land impact so it creeps in at just under 60 for the entire lot!!!

It’s all so well made and lovely looking, it’s hard to have everything out on my sim that I want!!  But with such low prim/land impact goodies, it’s getting easier.

Both the Cabana and the Furniture packs are mod/transfer and $L150 each.   These are also 100% RFL items.  Barnesworth did send me these, so I popped a donation in a kiosk and will be back to line his very own pockets very soon

Hi guys! Sunday quickie for you, I have a party full of 12-13yr olds to prepare for… 40 of them!!! EEEEK! Anywayyy…

Spright is a relatively new store on the grid, and out popped this gorgeous mesh dress!  It’s a lovely dress that comes in a handful of colour combos, I opted for a darker one.  I did have a couple issues with this dress, the first was that the texture just wouldn’t rez, but I hear that’s a bit of a bug, and as soon as I edited it and hovered over the texture, it was great!!  The 2nd was that it is invisible inside, which can be difficult in some poses, but nothing you can’t work around!  Nothing would stop me from singing this dresses praises, as it’s SO cute and I really really love the top part of it!!!  You can find this dress at Culture Shock!

Pink Fuel also have some skins out at Culture Shock!  4 “themed” ones, so they are a super steal at under $L300!   This is the Ruthless one.  It reminds me slightly of older SL skins, with dark pointy eyebrows, dark smokey eyes and ruby red lips!  The persona skins are a great line and you can also get Jersey (aka orange ), Faun (yes, like a deer) and a Bollywood skin!   LOVE LOVE.   The Jewellery is from Dark Mouse and is a few weeks old, but I have to admit I only just found it in my inventory (SORRY MOUSE!!!).  My inventory is SUCH a flippin’ mess, I need to sort it.  Anyway this is the Spring Pearls Necklace.  It’s a beautiful piece that comes with matching earrings.  Lovely, classy pearls with a cute bow.  Could you BE anymore in love with it!? Home and Garden Expo is now OPEN to the public and let me tell you, I already managed to drop about 10k at the place and I haven’t even finished!   I love LOVE buying homes and furniture in SL, I just don’t like setting it up, but now I am going to flit between homes because there is SO MUCH GORGEOUSNESS!!! This is just the first of a few blogs about the Expo and I’ll try to witter as little as possible.  Will be pic heavy!!

First up we have the house I (and a lot of others) have been waiting for! The GORGEOUS Americana from Funky Junk.  Ulaa has outdone herself with this!  It comes in 2 versions, with and without attic access and at just under $L2k for the attic access version, it’s a total STEAL!  Look how bit it is! With front and back (and side) veranda!

Inside is just so spacious! I don’t know how i’ll ever fill it up, but I will!  Below is just a quick see through from the front door, where you can see the work fireplace and grand stairs, through the archway to a smaller space, perfect for an office maybe! and the perfect kitchen space.  I didn’t shoot the outdoor conservatory part but it’s bloody awesome!

Upstairs there are four rooms, all very spacious and lovely!  Plenty of room on the landing for you to decorate too, and if you click through to see the large pic you can see the attic and the dangling cord for access. SO CUTE!  I think this might be my fav home EVER in SL, and I’ve been here 8yrs almost!!!  I LOVE YOU ULAA SISTER!  You have made my life a much better place, and obvs I mean the house, not your boobs.

Also available, and the RFL item/s is the dock and furniture seen below!  They are separate items, so you don’t have to have one with the other, but why you wouldn’t want both is beyond me!!  There are a few versions of the dock, and the furniture is copy, I just set up a small set just for me <3

Next to Funky Junk in my fav places to shop, is Cheeky Pea, and I just discovered the VIP group with a whopping 50% off for the few couple of days!!!  The items were well worth it before, but now… WOOOO!   This is the Coille House, it’s fully mesh and just gorgeous.  It comes in two options, a 1 bed and a 3 bed.  I opted for the 3 bed, because I am obsessed with more than 1 bedroom (probs cos I own 100 beds).  Such a lovely looking house, smaller in scale than the FJ house, but stunning just the same.

It’s empty inside, of course, but Isla has made PERFECT furniture to fit.  This is the Kitchen.. not only is it cute beyond words it’s all animated! You can wash your hands, do dishes, cook a meal, stir the meal, sit on the breakfast bench with a cuppa and MORE, I can’t even tell you house loudly I squee’d at this.  Beyond gorgeous.

I couldn’t leave without the bathroom too, so I purchased that also.  Animated toilet… need I say more?  That’s where i’m sitting when I took the top pic, classy as always (Read more…) The sink and bath are also animated, the bath has singles AND couples poses!!!  See why I will have to flit between houses now!?!?!?!

I am SO happy with all my my Funky Junk and my Cheeky Pea purchases that I really really TRUELY REALLY urge you to go and look at it and consider buying it, I fell in love immediately and couldn’t say no, how many of you can!?

OMGGG SO MUCH NEWWWW I don’t know where to start!!!!

First we have new hair from Wasabi Pills and Elikatira, THEN a HUGE new release from coldLogic!

LESS TALKING, MORE LOOKING:

3 new styles from Elika today!  We have Never, Indulge and Memoir!  (Frooti also has 2 new sets out for Never and Memoir **SHAMELESS SELF PROMOTION**).  Never is a cute over the side pony, Indulge is a chignon style updo… but not too up! and Memoir is my FAV!  A longer pony style, but the hair is looped within itself for the pony! LOOOOVE THEM ALLLLL! They are ALL mesh but Indulge isn’t rigged, so you can mod that one <3

Wasabi Pills newness is Cookie, that is also unrigged and so cute I could DIE.   It’s a short, sassy bob with slanted bangs, razor sharp and choppy! I love this style, I had my hair like this in RL once and loved it!!!

Now we have like a million things from coldLogic, well except 2 of the tops that I appear to have NOT PHOTOGRAPED.  Sorry about that, but I can assure you they are just as lovely as the rest!

First up we have the Tyler Top paired with the Duke Capris on the left and the Peregrine Top with the Wells Capris on the right!  I looove the Tyler shirt! It’s like borrowing a shirt off your man that just fits in all the right curves and nooks!  Paired with the lovely grid style Duke Capri, is a bonus!   The Peregrine top is your basic sweetheart halter, with a polkadot look!  I chose to pair it with the Denim Wells Capri because they are SO CUTE!!!  Lovely buttocks on them too

Next we have the Mills and Wood Dresses! Now both of these come with belts, and I might of mix and matched the belts from other colours, because I am a GENIUS like that!   I love the Mills, so poofy and retro!!!  The Wood is a classier style, with it’s grid/check look to it, ruffled sides a bit at the hips for a genuine look.  Absolutely lovely!

We then have the Drew and Gish dresses!   Drew is a criss cross halter number, with various a few diff colours, but all a gorgeous cherry pattern.  Very 50s chic!   Love!  The Gish Dress is a classic staple! A really plain, but striking number, sitting just above the knee and high enough on the cleavage to be sultry and sexy… but definately a smart casual, not a sexy smart!  Does that even make sense? No? IT DOES TO ME >.>

We then, to finish off have the Phaeton Top paired with the Dee Capri on the left and the Rizzo Top paired with the Duke Capri on the right!  The Phaeton top is like the Peregrine, but a plain affair, no dots here! (also I notice a boob poking out on my pic sorry!!!!).  The Dee Capri are also a plan affair, available in matching colours to the tops and well, just another staple for summer.  I love the Rizzo top! This is the polka dot version!  It’s so CUTE!  Tied at the waist and bows on the sleeves, could it get any cuter? Sure it could! Put it on with the Duke Capri and you have yourself a winner!

Here are some more goodies from the Keep Calm and Keep Shopping event I posted about last week (or read here) and a couple other things!

Berfore I start, apologies for the shadow glitches you will probably notice, I tried three times to take better pics but alas, at normal resolution the shadows were wonky, sooo you got these babies!  SORRY!

First up a dress from Urbana!  It kinda makes your eyes squinky, but it’s so bright and beautiful that I couldn’t resist!  A nice, simple wrap dress in a handful of colours,  It does have crotch flap, for those that hate them, but I don’t think that’s a reason not to try it!  I paired that with the new Kirby hair from Truth, a loooovely mesh ponytail, very 60s style!

This Vintage Floral Dress from Sleeping Koala is just lovely, and comes with option of sculpt crotch flap or mesh! Which is really lovely, also the Leopard Lingerie!  A wardrobe basic  I adore the dress, I really do, it’s so light and pretty!   I paired these with the Ebony hair from truth, which didn’t fare well with my shadows at ANY angle, sadly, but cute nonetheless

Finally some pinstripe mesh shorts! These are the Head Spinner shorts from Alexahol, the ONLY quibble I had with these is that the large barely fit me, I don’t have massive hips, but I did struggle to fit these without altering my shape, which isn’t a huge deal, but I know some ppl hate that!  They are really nice shorts though, and would look so cute with a tank, or a blazer and leggings, but I decided to go topless, because it’s how I roll

Finally the Alessandra hair from Truth, not mesh but highly cute braided updo bun dealio!  I paired this with the Perfect Wardrobe offering from Izzies, this cute pinup skin!!!!

Just a really quick post today, with a few new bits, nothing too indepth

Izzies released a new skin yesterday (I think) called Dailyn and it’s adoooooooooooooooorable!!! I went over and got it in the lightest tone, and I might go back! It comes with oodles of options including brows and lots of lip colours on tattoo layers!  This is just the “base” skin tho on me, I love it! The face is so flawless, as is the body (as far as I noticed).  You should definitely own an Izzies skin if you don’t already, they are all booootiful!   The hair is from Exile and is called Violetta! She is available at TDRb!   It’s not mesh, so you non conformists can buy her too!  So pretty <3

The skin below is also from TDRb and is the Illusory skin, another really striking face with purple eyes and ruby red lips, a sexy vixen look, which, of course, I decided to troll about in a hoodie with. IT IS HOW I ROLL!  Glamour and Grunge, that’s me! >.>

The Hoodie is from etam and is called Rai’s Hoodie! It’s available in a bunch of colours and fits like the snuggest glove in snugglove land.  Etam is a new store and looks super promising! I am excited to see what else they bring out  The hood/sleeves are also colour change, so you get 12 hoodies in one, essentially, for just $L250. SWEEEEET.

Hullo, KCaKS (for short, I be lazy, eh?) is an upcoming event.  It’s not a hunt, it’s not for charity, it’s not a discount event, it’s purely an round up of designers, creating new and exclusive goodies!   It starts on May 14th and runs for 2 weeks.  I signed up to blog it, so here I am with just a few of the goodies already raring to go when the event starts!

Songbird is a store by Nimil Blackflag, she has a few goodies out for this!  These Spring Vector Tops and Keep Calm Panties are available in over a handful of colours!  Basic staple goodies here

Also released is the Fennibaby babydoll style dress, very colourful and pretty!  Loving it!

Hair | Wasabi Pills – Skin | Illusory

Fiend has a couple of these tube tops out, which are mesh (YAY MESH!).  I think the exclusive colours are the red shown, and green.    Again a very plain little number, but cute nonetheless, and the M fit me like a glove, which is always a plus!

Coloretas has a bunch of items out too, these Ribbony Skirts and Insy Tops in a few different colours.  I opted to wear the top tucked in, and I wanted to take another snap but then I crashed and couldn’t get back in!  But if you visit the Official Event Blog, you can see the ad with a not tucked in version

Very cute goodies, although I was dismayed the ribbon detailing didn’t go around the ass as well, but I guess that makes sense, love both the items, even the crotch flap (fellow bloggers, RECOIL!)
