So last night I got early access to the Skin Addiction Showcase that opened today and runs till June 10th. I’ve never seen so many pretty skinnies by a variety of talented designers in one fabulous location before. I love the pretty scenery that decorates the sim for this event so much that I’m sure I’m going to go back and take pics there once it dies down a bit but for now, I’ve got a peek at Essences offering for this event. Her name is Moana and she comes in 5 tones complete with 10 lipcolors and 10 eyecolors plus lots of other add ons like lashes, freckles and beauty marks. I’m wearing the Medium in these pics and I just love the soft dewy look of this baby so much I just had to show her off for all of you to see. I decided to be silly and pose with my new hopper ball that Fly Lily has out at the Fi*Friday store and some mesh newness by Censored.

 Oh and be sure to check out my cute shoes. They are the newest release from Tribe Wear and are meshy goodness. I love the simple slipon style and fun vibrant colors of these. So everyone has bad days on Second Life and today was one of my top five but I tried to cheer myself up with some pics. Lucky for me, Hush Skins just finished their upcoming Skin Addiction Showcase items and I got a glimpse to show you. This pretty little number is called Christine and she’ll be available on May 25th only at Skin Addiction Showcase. Christine comes in 6 skin tones and 5 makeups complete with different brow and cleavage options. I’m wearing the Bronze makeups here and I just love the sun kissed cheeks complete with the slightly glossed pouty lips of this one. This event is sure going to make a bunch of us go SL broke so remember to stop by Hush’s booth at this awesome event and spread your linden love there.

I’m also showing off this cute little necklace the was just released at Rezipsa Loc for the May Flower round of TOSL. Although this round of TOSL has past, I’m sure this fun Spring necklace is probably still out. If you’re not a fan of daisies, she has it with other flowers so if you’re looking for a new accessory, be sure to check it out.

Oh, I’m also wearing the newest Exile release that is available at the My Attic event. This adorable mesh hair complete with a texture change hairband is available for only 95L a pack. *Squeals* I just love a good hair on sale. I had some trouble with the texture menu initially but thankfully my bestie helped me figure out to use Ctrl Alt and T to find the menu on my little nose. And now I leave you with some tunes!

So a new store has popped up on the grid, well specifically at Culture Shock now. It’s name is Spright and I’ve got some adorable mesh to show off. This little dress called Inspire is one of the first releases from this store and comes in 5 color combos. I loved the light airy feel of this dress and the simple ruffles of the bodice so much that I just had to show this number off right away. If you’re interested in seeing the other color combinations, head on over to Culture Shock and pick this pretty number up. I can’t wait to see what else is in store for this new store. Yes, enjoy my dorky rhyme.

I’m also showing off some new eye makeup from Blacklace Beauty. This little makeup pack features a full face makeup plus separate shadow and blush/gloss layers and comes in 6 colors. I’m showing off some shadow from the Peaches pack. It also features gloss and blush (not shown) so there are lots of options to mix and match with. I love putting makeups on my base tone skins and Blacklace Beauty never fails to make me look purty.

Hey all! I’ve got some newness from DeColores to show off. It’s a fun, mesh summer romper and it’s available in a few different colors. I chose to show off the cafe color because it went perfectly with this awesome necklace from Je Suis that is available for Keep Calm and Keep Shopping. This necklace is completely customizable and you can change the rope, jewel, and hardware options plus add your own pics to it. If you’re looking for a new accessory, be sure to pick up this one because it will go with absolutely anything.

The skin I’m wearing is the newest group gift from MyDear. I’ve never really heard of this skin brand before but when I saw it all over the feeds, I just knew I had to go pick it up. I love the light freckles across the bridge of my nose and collar area and the sunkissed tone. I’m definitely going to be keeping my eye on this designer and you should too!

Wow! Three posts in less than 24 hours. I think this is a new record for me. Anyways, Perfect Wardrobe started a new round today and the theme this time around is 50′s Pinup Girls but for some reason when I saw this partial mesh negligee by [A]renesmee, my mind went a little further back in time. I paired my new flowy gown with this vintagey skin called Cassandra by Izzie’s and a pretty texture change pearl necklace by Je Suis to give you my jazz singer look. Now go get to Perfect Wardrobe and pick up your own retro look.

My short hairdo is the newest release by Tameless and is called Elizabeth. Elizabeth features a texture change hairpin and comes in a variety of colors so if you’re looking for a new do, be sure to check out Tameless. I think this hair goes so well with this look and maybe Elizabeth will work for you too.

Told you I’d be back with a sexier post. Taste of Second Life is back in action and Blacklace has out this burlesque themed lingerie in teal called Rendezvous. Rendezvous comes complete with 2 skirt options plus the option to wear without. I love the detail that Blacklace puts into all of its items and the lace embellishments and texturing of Rendezvous is exquisite so be sure to get to Blacklace and pick up this naughtiness before TOSL is over tonight.

I’m also showing off this beautifully done skin by Felony called Salome that is available for free for a limited time at the Fibromyalgia Awareness Fair. I initially bought this skin in a paler shade at Festival of Sin so I was happy to find out I could nab another tone for free all in support of a illness that a lot of people have no information about. If you’re curious to learn more about this event and support a good cause, head on over to this fair. There are several stores with goodies out so visiting and becoming informed is a double win.

So it’s absolutely gorgeous here in my part of the world today. You know the kind of weather where you just want to stay in your yard and barbeque all day while you enjoying the calm breeze and warm sunshine. Well, since it’s that type of day, I decided to just that on SL as well. I figured I’d show off some mesh goodies that are available for Taste of Second Life and Keep Calm and Keep Shopping.

First, Alexohol has out these fun beachy print skirts for TOSL. I like how they flow and the playful yet sexy vibe I get while wearing them. There are plain versions as well as a different version so if patterns aren’t your thing, you should still check them out because they come in 7 different mesh sizes and you’ll absolutely loves them.

I’m also showing off this adorable mesh vintage patio set from Little House of Curios that will be out for the Keep Calm and Keep Shopping event which starts tomorrow. This set features 2 colorful chairs with 6 sits as well as a matching table and flowers that will remind you of the outdoor set your grandmom has. The other day while goofing off on Plurk someone threw up links to a Flickr page featuring a newly built sim. Curiosity got the best of me and after drooling over the pics, I had to go visit this darkly beautiful place. It’s called Redemption Hill and I think the talented creator of this sim is still working on it but it was open to the public and I got to check it out. I love the attention to detail that has been put into this sim so much that I’m sure I’ll be back to take many more pics. Since I wanted to blog this artistically detailed tattoo by Rezipsa Loc that she has out for Culture Shock, I figured this was the perfect place to take pics. I think that the intricate rosary design and wings go well with the desolate and lonely feel of this place.
