As I posted here on the official +++BLUE BLOOD SL FASHION+++ blog, Ghanima has returned to SL after a short RL hiatus bearing a beautiful new creation for her fans.  And she has really outdone herself this time, too.  The colors are richer, the shading more realistic, the textures are more complex, and the sculpts are just perfect.  As I mentioned earlier, I just couldn’t stop staring at the sleeves. And if that isn’t enough, Ghani has given us a motif of *bunnehs*!  Yes, bunnehs are all the rage, aren’t they?  Everyone is breeding them and buying fancy little hutches and gardens for them.  Well, Ghani has used them as the motif for the fabric, but it’s subtle.  I’ll bet you wouldn’t even have noticed if I hadn’t told you.  Ok, enough chatter.  On with the photographic evidence.  I have lots to show you, so if the post gets cut short, please visit my blog to see more.

Above is one of the dark goth colors – purple.  It also comes in dark goth black, gold, red, and teal, with gold as a group only color.  Astrid’s top comes on all possible layers for maximum mixing and matching.  Show above are the full outfit including the jacket and jacket prims, cuffs, sleeves, belt, and collar, as well as a stripped version with only the shirt/corset on the top layer.  Want more?  Lookee!

Astrid also comes with an sculpted belt which attaches under the breasts in a Japanese kimono way.  Very interesting.  You can see it best in the next photos.

As much as I love the dark colors, I think I love the whitegoth colors of Astrid even more.  I had to show you the pink version, which I think is more red, but that’s just semantics, right?  A rose by any other name…. etc.  Astrid also comes in whitegoth blue, purple, and white, plus the group-only gold.

Like the poses?  I love them!  Oh please, Penny Dreadful Arcade, don’t close!  More, I *must* show you more of Astrid!

I could spend (and have actually) an hour just staring at the sleeves and pant cuffs. They are scrumptuous! Astrid is available in the darkgoth colors black, gold, purple, red, and teal, and in the whitegoth colors blue, gold, pink, purple, and white. As always, the pieces come on all available layers – a dizzying array, actually – so that you can mix and match, wear your tattoos, etc. The group only colors for this release are the Darkgoth and Whitegoth Gold. Paradisis makes some of the hottest, sexiest clothes.  I can’t believe I’ve only recently discovered the store since it’s been around for quite some time.  The tops I’m showing you today were released over a week ago, but RL seriously kicked my ass last week and I didn’t get a chance to even log inworld some days. Grrrrrr.  So, better late than never is my mantra. Check out “Dangerous” – and yes, this is one dangerous little top.  Ooh la la… steamy!

The top consists of a “bra” (it’s the little scrap of lace above the corset), corset, and gloves.  The two pieces of the top come on all layers so if you want to be even more daring, you can wear the corset without the ‘bra.”  I love the little zippers in various states of closure on the corset and gloves.  The little white bow on the lace bra is nice, girly touch.  The pink “Pudding Jeans” worn above are also by Paradisis – I love the little prim ties on the sides and back.  Dangerous comes in five colors – black (shown above), cream, violet, red, and pink (all shown below).

Do you recognize the boots in the first picture??  I finally broke down and got my own pair of Gospel’s gorgeous DARE booties.  *swoons in delight*  The poses I’m using were also a recent acquisition from Penny Dreadful Arcade’s closing sale.  OMG!  Why are they closing??? I *love* these poses!  Don’t close, don’t close!  The gorgeous statement necklace is by Ganked, of course.  It’s the Relay for Life donation item at the Accessories Fair.  I hope they make matching earrings and bracelets for this necklace soon.  I think it’s my favorite piece so far.  Finally, the hair is a group gift from booN, which has several group gifts and one free for anyone gift at the store now.  Ok.. you may now go back to being sexy and fabulous.

In my post title, I was trying to impart to you just how low cut these new dresses from Sn@tch really are.  Yep, they’re cut down almost to *there.*  Sexy, sexy stuff, courtesy of our resident Sn@tch artist, Ivey Deschanel.   Almost Off is an aptly named little ensemble, perfect for clubbing or even more perfect for after-clubbing.  Ladies, I’ve been wearing this outfit around the grid for several days now and have been hit on every time.  And this is *with* a partner in my profile. lol  It comes in a fatpack of several dark colors; this is the red version.

I’m also wearing the new boots from Sn@tch, the Lavish Velvet Boots.  They’re strappy and velvety and delish.  See the  bangles?  Phoenix Rising is doing jewelry again.  Love these little cuffs!  They come in various color combinations of lace and metal.  The necklace is from Lolapop! and was either free or a linden.  The hair is on sale at Kitsune Couture, which you may recall has changed direction in its products – no more clothes, just lovely, fabulously textured hair.  Look on the wall to the left as you go in for the sale items – individual color packs are only L$19 each. Yay!

Oh, I had to mention the tattoo.  This is the free for everyone gift at Sn@tch at the moment, and I’m particularly excited about it.  Why?  Well, Ivey had put this design on a VIP Group gift tee shirt for Valentine’s Day.  In group chat, I mentioned it would make a great tattoo and Ivey agreed and voila!  Hee hee.  Windows 7 wasn’t my idea, but this tattoo was. lol  Thanks, Ivey!

DE Designs by DoC Eldritch was one of  the first stores in SL that I found that knew where to draw the sometimes very thin line between sexy and tramp.   There’s just something about DoC’s textures and designs that make me feel powerful, as well as sexy, when I wear them.  DE Designs has been around so long, though, that the hoarde of “what’s new, what’s hot” seekers have perhaps forgotten just how good the clothing there really is.  (Ok, I’m talking about myself here, but maybe you’re the same?)  DE Designs stands up there next to stores like House of RFyre in terms of longevity and quality, imho.  Case in point – DoC released a sexy new pants outfit called Cait this week.  Take a look.

Cait is a basic, yet so sexy tank and corset combo with obligatory black leather pants.  But the textures make it much more than basic.  I am such a sucker for buckles and straps when they’re done this well.  The top comes on all available layers in combinations of black and red.

I confess I actually tp’d to the store to find the next outfit.  The Chandra lingerie was released during the Valentine’s Day glut of pink and red.  As you should know from my blog, I prefer the darker stuff.  I remember drooling over Chandra when I saw DoC’s blog post, and I tucked it away in my mind for later retrieval.  Omg, how I love Chandra!

More buckles and straps! Mmmmm.  Look at those garters over the butt!  Hot!  Chandra comes in several colors, too.  It’s actually a reworking of a dress set DoC did ealier – giving us more colors for the top.

Chandra comes in Black, Blue, Purple, and Tequila Sunrise.  It comes with a long corset (shown above) as well as a cropped corset so that you can wear it with skirts.  I put together a quick Chandra/Sn@tch outfit to show you.

I’ve blogged Ivey’s Spellbound skirts before, so forgive me for posting again.  But they make any gorgeous jeweltone top into a sexy formal gown.  Spellbound comes in several colors, too, so you’re ready for mixing and matching.

I must also gush about the hair in these photos before I go.  Waka & Yuki released several new hairstyles last weekend.  I fell in love with these two in particular and had to show you.  Agata Model 03, the long style, is my new favorite.  It has a color change or no-wear option little head band with trailing braided strings, all accessible via menu.  Such a fun style!  If you want to TP anywhere, however, you might want to take it off, coz it *is* lagalicious.  Agata Model 04 is the elegant updo.  This has to be my favorite updo of all time (for now lol).  It’s an impossibly high updo with cascading waves.  It also has a color change menu that allows you to change the color of the back portion of the hair independent from the front, which I didn’t show you.  Waka & Yuki is my new favorite hair store, if you haven’t noticed from all my posts.  Finally, all jewelry worn today is by Ganked – a fairly new store quickly becoming famous for inexpensive big-ass jewelry. lol  I mean *huge* jewels.  So fun!

Ok, sorry for the long-winded post.  I’ve been saving it up coz SL has been so freaking laggy ever since the Beta viewer release that I’ve had major inventory and texture loading issues.

Last night, Ghani put Wren in Red in the Mobvend. Yep, instead of L$300, you can get Wren for only L$50 if you get enough friends (or strangers) together. Wren comes with three skirt options (two shown below) – two lolita skirts (one tiered, one smoother) and a fitted skirt. So, run over to +++Blue Blood+++ before Ghani changes it out again.

Paeoti Pomeray of Nymphetamine is great at giving her fans options.  The new release is no exception.  The Las Pas dress comes with two skirt options that make for two totally different looks.  My favorite is the Bounce skirt option.  Don’t you love that name?  It *is* bouncy… and flirty… and sexy.  Take a look.

LOL.  I just realized that in the two smaller photos, I’m not wearing the chest attachment.  Grrrrr.  Sorry, peeps.  I had to mess around with the attachment point of the lace and roses chest decoration so that I could wear the necklace from [chuculet].  Well, anyway, you can clearly see how much “oomph” the rose decoration adds to the dress.  On the back of the dress is another decoration of pink roses (not shown).

But that’s not all, oh no.  You also get a formal skirt in the folder, too.  I love the way Paeoti has done this skirt.  It has several pieces – one for each leg, plus a main prim skirt, to give it that layered look.  And you know it moves like a dream.  I also love the shiny, pink satin edging on the skirt.

Surely you noticed the middle photo.  Yes, that’s right, there’s also a lingerie option in the Las Pas set.  If you prefer, the lingerie is available for separate purchase as well.

Not too long ago I posted about Dilly Dolls Lexia outfit – remember the stripey red and black and black and white dolly dresses with the parasols?  Well, Oriana has reworked Lexia using white lace instead of black and now gives us Lexia II.  And for only a few more hours, Dilly Dolls group members can get the exclusive group only all white version.  The offer ends at midnight, dollies, so activate your group tags and hurry on over.  If you’re not a member, sorry.  Oriana closes the group whenever a new gift is out.  My advice:  join and stay.

No, I don’t mean that in the British vernacular sense like “more freaking freebies” lol.  I mean that in the literal sense.  More *bloody* freebies.  Man, I haven’t seen this much blood in a selection of hunt goodies since Halloween.  Who knew that Valentine’s Day would bring out so much violence in creators? lol  I feel like such a “janey come lately” posting these since the Tainted Love Hunt has been going on for weeks, but it’s ending soon, and if you haven’t grabbed some of these awesome items, I wanted to make sure you knew what you were missing.

Violent Seduction makes incredible gothic clothing.  It’s not a huge store, but what is there is just amazing in its detail and quality.  Here’s the Tainted Love Hunt item, called “Manic Medic,” which includes the hat, the eyepatch,  and the shoes.

The bloody tattoo on my chest is the Tainted Love gift from Love Zombie, and the knife is part of the welcome pack from Yellow Jester.  Surely you recognize the skin – it’s the Tainted Love gift from Sn@tch – a new makeup for the Plush line called appropriately, “Tainted.”  Ivey has included several tones –  this one being the lightest.  Finally, the hair is a recent VIP Group gift from ATOMIC.

In case you haven’t done it yet, the Tainted Love Hunt ends in just one week, so time is running out to grab some … ahem… interesting prizes.  For instance, the prize from Black Atelier is chock full of goodies.  You get a women’s outfit, a men’s outfit, and a picture frame prop with a pose.  The storyline here seems to be that she has ripped out his heart – literally.  She holds it triumphantly in her hand. lol

Amacci’s Felicia has gone goth!  Yes, that’s right – goth!  Beautiful, ethereal goth with more makeup options than you can shake a skeleton-headed cane at.  Get ready for a bombardment of photos with almost all of the options.  I say “almost” coz I left a *few* out.  Don’t ask me why.  (Ok, I’ll tell you why.   SL is being a complete pain in the ass these days!  Sudden logouts followed by my massive inventory failing to completely load, necessitating a cache clearing, etc.  Lather, rinse, repeat. Grrrrrr)  Anyway, take a look at what Carina Larsen has done!

I rarely take location shots, as anyone who reads my blog knows.  That’s mostly because I rarely see the outside of stores.  I’m constantly flitting from store to store, slapping Midnight Mania boards, hanging around Lucky Chairs, and shopping the various daily sales.  But yesterday I spent some time (ok, a lot of time) doing the Tainted Love Hunt.  (I finished it! yay!)  As I tp’d into Gloomy Creek Swamp to find the hunt gift at Lilith, I stopped dead in my tracks.  Gorgeous!  Gloomy!   Swampy!  I felt at home.  Spying a derelict amusement park swing ride, I hopped on and *bing bing!* went my brain – photo op!

I apologize for not maxing out my graphics settings when I took this photo, but it’s not half bad I think. Oh, what am I wearing?  I’m so glad you asked!  It’s the latest Mobvend outfit over at +++BLUE BLOOD+++ of course!  Analu in purple will go down to L$50 from L$300 if you gather enough friends, acquaintances, and strangers together and in close enough proximity to the Mobvend machine.  That’s right – rub up against it, talk dirty to it, and you might snag this baby at a huge discount.  But don’t tarry; Ghanima could change it out at a moment’s notice.

As you may know from my earlier post, +++BLUE BLOOD+++ released a new goth pantsuit today called Delia. Now, in RL I wear pants all the time. But in SL I rarely do. I just don’t think pants are very sexy. Well, Ghanima has shown me that pants *can* be very sexy. I think it’s the wonderful high waist on these pants, augmented by an ingenious prim waistband, that increases the oooo factor. The high waist just makes your butt look *fantastic* by giving a longer silhouette to the derriere region. Look…

And there’s just something about being so covered up that adds to the sexiness factor. Ghanima says that this outfit is sexy because it’s demure, and I agree completely. Sometimes it’s what you *don’t* show….

Time is running out if you like any of the dresses I’m about to show you.  Time to get them at a 2/3 discount – that’s L$100 instead of L$300!  Nomine is having a fantastic 24 hour sale on all of the items on the black walls – that’s all of the latest releases!  That includes all the cute corsets that Munch has been churning out lately, the tattooes, the Anti-Valentine’s tee-shirts – everything!

This is the Milkmaid dress – wonderfully sheer and sexy.. I’m wearing them without shoes coz it just seemed appropriate.  It’s a country-girl-running-through-the-meadows kind of dress.  Mmmmmmm.  Love it!  You can also add layers to make it less sheer if you’re the shy type.  Or how about this….

Something a bit more fancy?  This is the Voodoo Pink Dust Storm dress.  It comes in other colors, of course, some of which are much more goth, even bloody, and nowhere near as girly.  Ok, one more and then you need to *run* if you want these at sale prices….
