Photo Contest Winners!

by Kellie Iwish on May 20, 2009

I could hardly believe the response I got from everyone during this contest. Over 200 photos were entered and everyone’s creativity truly amazed me. Narrowing 200+ photos down to just three winners was a heartbreaking process for me as I had to eliminate so many photos that I really loved. I finally decided to include a number of honorable mentions. Thank you so much to everyone that entered. Even if your photo did not make the top list, please know that I enjoyed the talent and creativity in all of them so much!

And now for the winners:

First place: Ruriko Bracken

Second place: Pinkolive Hax

Third place: Ronnie Kormann

Congratulations to the winners! Prizes will be distributed and the photos will be put up in the mainstore today.

And now for the honorable mentions, in no particular order:

Darcy Foxtrot

Sabine Blackburn

Aloma Sands

Isadora Vayandar

And as a bonus, the photo that wins the category of “Most creative use of an Elate piece:”

Kaden Gloom

Hehe ^.^ Might I mention that the name of that hat is “Tiny Top Hat”. . . Sorry Kaden!

Congratulations again! <3

Akila

by Sabina Takakura on May 17, 2009

We had a bit of a storm here in Illinois. It cut out my power and internet for a week. A WEEK!
I was going crazy with ideas.
So here is one of them, which I named Akila, after what we locals started calling the “inland hurricane”

And of course the RFL special recolor, only available in my main store.

A few of you might notice this… I did a tiny bit of nipple shading. Oh la la!

Promise!
I wanted to do a contemporary take on the turian. Something super strappy and sexy.. so here you go!
It’s got a delicate print to ti, and a silver chain around the waist.

Muse

by Sabina Takakura on May 7, 2009

I had a request for more slave tunics.
Somewhere in the dark recesses of my brain I remembered a quote about buttons.. how they were sensual or something. So I went a little overboard. I got the original inspriation from a picture that Lartorvis posted on the gorums. Then it, of course, blossomed into it’s own thing.
So here you are, Muse.
