This hat strikes me as poetically weird… if there is such a thing. It makes such a resounding, swooping statement against the delicate, lacy design of this dress from Orage Creations. Hard to believe that the dress and hat together are only 10L. Umm hmm… yeah only 10L! I stumbled onto this store from a blog posting. I ended up buying several outfits and really liked the quirkiness and boldness of this one. Read and see more…
