FALLing for Fashion

Glorious Sunday Dahlings–

I wanted to take a break from all the ghouls, spiders, and the gazillion pumpkins currently invading the grid. It’s Fall for crying out loud, so let’s take a look at some great new fashion finds!

I like to think of my inventory as a mixed bag when it comes to fashion. Great finds from well known designers and some very (ahem) obscure finds too. No matter where she falls into the fashion designing spectrum, I just had to share the Fall 2008 Collection from Kailiana over at A.Y.Y.

Fall is the prefect time for blazers. Warm, classic, and can make any look change from downscale to upscale. Shown here is the Ratta Blazer from A.Y.Y in Blue. Love the tweed/houndstooth pattern. I paired it with the Long Knit Sweater in Blue, again from A.Y.Y. I thought this combo looked very causual yet sophisticated at the same time. Pants from AnnaH completed this look.

Of course the right accessories pulled everything together. My favorite cameo earrings in SL is the wonderful set from Second Mirage. An oldie but definitely a goodie! Hair is by ETD. Not shown in the pic are shoes from Maitreya which finished the look and made me camera ready.
